"We all suffer three deaths, the first death is the day that we give our last breath, the day that we die. Our second death is the day that we are buried, never to be seen on the face of the earth again. And our third death, the most dreaded death of all, is to be forgotten."

-Ofelia Esparza

This page was created by caregivers and concerned community members who would like to expand the conversation about quality of life, death, remembrance, and healing.

Respecting our diverse histories, individual journeys, and varying needs, our goal is to offer information and resources to empower individuals and families so that they can honor their loved ones and make informed decisions during one of the most important transitions of life.
